Register now to sponsor the 21st Annual Medical-Surgical Nursing Conference being held on March 17 & 18, 2011 at the South San Francisco Conference Center.
Don’t miss out on this opportunity. This conference attracts about 350 nurses working in med-surg acute care and home care from all over the Bay Area and Northern California. Exhibiting at this conference not only gives you the chance to introduce new items, but you can also interact with the actual users of your products. Many of the attendees have been coming to the conference for years and look forward to the opportunity to meet with you. Past exhibitors at this conference have found this to be an invaluable experience.
Ample time is given, on both Thursday and Friday for attendees to view the exhibits. The exhibit times are from 0800 to 0830 and 1000 to 1030. Lunch is from 1145 to 1315. This year the Conference will be providing lunch for the participants and the food set up will be in the middle of the Vendor display area. There is only a brief afternoon break when the participants will be provided snacks near the Exhibit area.
If you choose to attend both days, overnight security is provided so that you can leave your display in place. Exhibit space consists of a 4’x 8’ table and two chairs or you may request a designated area in the room for booths or display of beds and/or equipment. Electrical outlets are available. Internet access can be arranged, as well as audiovisual equipment at an additional cost from the South San Francisco Conference Center (http://www.ssfconf.com/).
Company representatives are invited to attend any portion of the conference as our guest. Continuing education credit will be given if requested.
