Grace Benlice is a Director for Care Coordination and Palliative Care at El Camino Health, who partners with the hospitalists, clinical managers, the executive team and community providers to provide the best possible care for their patients and ensuring a safe transition through the continuum of care. After spending two decades in different health care settings, Grace knows what truly drives success in care transitions is how well you connect with people and developing strong partnerships with the common goal of providing excellent care.
Grace graduated from Western Mindanao State University and is currently working on her Master of Science in Nursing, with emphasis on Leadership and Management. She has her Certification in Case Management. She has been a speaker for Telehealth as an innovative healthcare delivery system in Las Vegas last year. She has been nominated for Leadership in Action two years in a row at El Camino Health. She also serves as a board member at Sunnyvale Community Services, which strives to eradicate homelessness and hunger in the community.
