Kathleen Bradley is the Executive Director for Professional Excellence and Inquiry at Lucille Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford Children’s Health. Kathleen has worked in many specialties and settings in nursing including Magnet Appraiser, Magnet Program Director, home care, school nursing, acute care, nursing leadership grant support and her real love, nursing leadership. Kathleen has a DNP from Regis University and is certified as a Nursing Executive Advanced. Her current role entails leadership of the professional practice environment, professional development, clinical support, program accreditation, nursing research and evidence based practice, and monitoring of nursing and clinical performance for over 3000 clinical staff. Kathleen has published on the topics of nursing leadership, Magnet, shared governance and Evidence Based Practice.
